Our team of inspectors is also certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Florida Association of Building Inspectors, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, with many other qualifications in between.
Our inspectors use a professional and scientific approach to evaluate the structure of every building or component we review to document environmental conditions.
The tools we use comprise some of the most up to date and technologically advanced equipment available in the industry today. We use infrared diagnostic cameras, some of which cost in excess of $50,000, protimeter survey master moisture meters which are both invasive and non-invasive moisture meters, hydrometers, digital cameras, to mention a few.
